Our regional teams and board of trustees always want to meet people who are interested in supporting our fundraising, or have expertise to share in running a charity. We look for commitment, a desire to help others, integrity and a bit of spare time.
While the choir tour is our biggest annual fundraising event, there are many other things that go on in the charity throughout the rest of the year. Many regional teams from the North East to the South organizes special events and fundraising activities such as bag packs throughout the year to help raise more funds. If you have a few hours every few months then consider joining us as an events volunteer today.
Joining the Board of Trustees
We are always looking for people who have the time to give and desire to share in the responsibility of running the charity. We work closely with the directors of the Molly and Paul Child Care Foundation, in Uganda to ensure effective governance and support their overall leadership team in achieving its vision.
Become a Member
As a member of the Pearl of Africa Child Care Ltd you can attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting and any other general meetings that may take place. Membership is £10 per annum and allows you to join other committees and help guide the overall direction of the charity.

We also need people with a range of skills including:· Marketing & Communications, Bookkeeping &/or accountancy, Grant Writing and General administration.
